Job Summary
Your opportunity
Were seeking a Commercial Facilities Manager to lead the Facilities teams across three key Agrade Sydney CBD commercial assets: 85 Castlereagh Street 77 Castlereagh Street and 100 Market Street.
Working as part of the Sydney CBD Commercial Team you will oversee the operational performance and tenant experience across these three assets. Partnering closely with three dedicated Asset Managers to deliver premium building operations foster vibrant tenant communities and maintain excellence in asset performance.
What youll do
- Lead and support the Facilities Team to ensure strong performance and engagement.
- Mentor Assistant Facilities Managers and help build their capability.
- Oversee daytoday building operations and ensure services run smoothly for tenants and retailers.
- Support delivery of operational and capital projects with a focus on safety sustainability and innovation.
- Manage budgets by helping prepare monitor and reforecast operational and capital expenditure.
- Approve work orders invoices service contracts and minor capital works within your authority.
- Conduct regular inspections of plant and equipment to maintain operational readiness.
- Review proposed works to ensure compliance with specifications and statutory requirements.
- Prepare scopes of work and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
- Manage contractors and service providers to ensure high standards of safety compliance and service.
- Apply knowledge of NABERS to support sustainability performance across the assets.

You bring a blend of operational strength system knowledge and stakeholder capability that enables you to manage a complex multiasset portfolio with confidence.
- Deep understanding of internal systems timeframes and reporting particularly BWISE
- Comfortable driving and influencing change across processes and systems
- Proven ability to manage three assets while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Solid financial acumen and comfort working with budgets
- Strong technical understanding of commercial assets including capital planning and lifecycle management
