Deputy Nurse Manager (RGN/RMN) Nursing Home
As a Deputy Nurse Manager you will support the day-to-day delivery of safe consistent nursing and dementia care. You will share the clinical leadership staff support and responsibility for maintaining standards alongside the Home Manager. The role is full-time at 37.5 hours per week with a salary of up to 56500.

What Youll Need
- Active NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
- Previous experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager or equivalent senior nursing role

- Strong clinical knowledge and leadership capability
- Ability to take responsibility for standards staff and decision-making

- Support the Home Manager in maintaining clinical standards and safe practice
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing and care staff
- Oversee care planning medication management and clinical documentation
- Monitor compliance with CQC requirements and internal procedures
- Act as a senior clinical presence on shift
- Contribute to staff supervision training and development
