Job Title: Childrens Home Dual Registered Manager
Location: Barnsley
Salary: 54000 per annum bonuses (OTE up to 70800)
Working Hour: 39 hours per week MondayFriday 9am5pm (on-call rota required)
Hourly Rate: N/A salaried role
Number of Sleeps Required: As required to cover shortfalls
Pay Per Sleep: Included within salary / on-call arrangements

Qualifications Required:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People)
Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People Workforce (or equivalent)
Experience in Years Required:
Minimum 3 years experience within the last 5 years in residential childcare
At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role

An experienced and motivated Dual Registered Manager to oversee two childrens residential homes. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management ensuring high-quality care compliance and positive outcomes for young people.
You will:
Lead and manage both homes in line with legislation regulations and Statements of Purpose
Promote safeguarding child protection and young peoples rights
Lead supervise and develop staff teams
Ensure high standards of care aligned with Ofsted requirements
Manage admissions and discharges
Oversee care planning to meet physical emotional psychological and social needs
Prepare for and attend inspections audits and meetings
Undertake on-call duties on a rota basis
Write and oversee concise evaluative reports
Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the homes
Well-established childrens residential care organisation
