Job Summary
The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for a data-driven approach to enhancing sales and commercial revenue. This role involves analyzing performance metrics providing actionable insights to leadership and creating standardized reporting to inform and improve sales marketing and product development strategies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
Sales Productivity and Analysis: Create a systematic data-driven feedback loop for sales leaders on team performance. Analyze metrics such as Annualized Net New Business Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) per Representative Quarterly Pipeline Coverage Sales Stage Conversion Rates and Sales Cycle Duration to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Closed Won and Lost Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of closed-won and closed-lost deals to provide feedback on winning strategies and areas for improvement including objection handling product development and messaging. This includes performing analysis within the companys Salesforce (SFDC) system.
Competitor and Market Intelligence: Proactively analyze market positioning and competitive win rates to inform the companys value proposition product offerings and go-to-market strategies including pricing
Trial Conversion and Effectiveness: Analyze trial-stage conversion rates and trial effectiveness using data from SFDC and Gong to improve outcomes pre-qualification and engagement during the trial process
Data Reporting and Automation: Develop and embed relevant dashboards in tools like Gong and SFDC to ensure continuous tracking of key metrics. Provide regular reports and presentations to sales marketing and enablement teams on a monthly or quarterly basis. Identify and implement outbound automation to generate more and higher-quality leads and measure the impact through metrics like MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) per month and Lead Conversion Rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales marketing and enablement leaders to align strategies and ensure that all teams have the necessary data and tools to succeed.
Qualifications :
Experience in Sales Operations or a similar analytical role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize and analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
High degree of proficiency with Gong Salesforce and Netsuite.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data and insights to various stakeholders from sales representatives to senior leadership.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
