As a Senior Marketing Manager you will play a key role in supporting and executing EMEAs marketing initiatives that contribute to the commercial success of our portfolio brands hotels and programmes across diverse EMEA markets. Your responsibilities will include implementing campaigns to raise awareness and drive consideration for Marriott Bonvoy and our brands helping to capture market share and support revenue growth.
You will work closely with colleagues across functions and geographies building effective relationships with internal and external partnership with the EMEA Commercial Organisation and supporting teams you will assist in the delivery of integrated marketing strategies ensuring they are tailored to the needs of our business and consumers and reflect the unique characteristics of EMEA markets.
Success in this role requires a strong foundation in marketing digital brand and loyalty disciplines as well as excellent communication organisational and problem-solving skills. You will be expected to manage multiple projects coordinate stakeholder requirements and deliver results in a fast-paced matrixed environment. Demonstrated experience in marketing sound business acumen and proficiency in marketing practices will enable you to contribute to the ongoing growth and innovation of our organisation.
Expected Contribution
General
- Support the development implementation and / or execution of marketing plans and strategies to drive relevant business KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to create integrated marketing initiatives.
- Support the management of multiple projects and priorities in a matrixed environment ensuring timely delivery.
- Support the adaptation of marketing strategies to meet local market and cultural needs across EMEA.
- Work across teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with brand standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement in marketing approaches and processes.

Commercial
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies that align with EMEA commercial goals and global marketing priorities.
- Assist in delivering marketing strategies and campaigns to drive awareness and demand for EMEA hotels segments and products across rooms and non-rooms categories.
- Support marketing efforts for rooms (retail discount wholesale distribution direct digital) and non-rooms segments (restaurants bars meetings events) including programs such as Business Access and MoreCravings by Marriott Bonvoy.
- Promote a culture focused on demand generation and commercial performance within the EMEA marketing organisation.
- Work closely with global and continent teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and integrated campaign execution.
- Use research and consumer insights to inform marketing plans identify trends and optimize campaign performance.
- Support the creation of audience-led 360 campaigns and ensure consistent messaging across EMEA markets.
- Assist with creative reviews and adapting campaigns for commercial relevance and engagement in EMEA markets.
- Track and report on campaign effectiveness providing insights to improve future initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- 5 years of marketing experience with increasing responsibility preferably in hospitality or related sectors.
- Ability to work effectively in multi-market or culturally diverse environments.
- Experience in managing projects and guiding junior team members.
- Skilled in developing and implementing marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Hands-on experience in digital marketing brand activation and consumer engagement.
- Competence in budget tracking and reporting with exposure to financial planning
Skills & Competencies
- Strong ability to develop strategic plans and convert insights into effective marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills able to convey complex ideas clearly and influence peers.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating effectively in a matrix environment.
- High proficiency in English; other languages an advantage.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficient in standard software tools and comfortable with digital platforms.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with cross-functional teams
