What you will be doing

Analyse and understand all functional areas.
Collaborate with teams to resolve functional issues and interpret high-level code.
Demonstrate functional area capabilities and manage configuration.
Evaluate tasks impacting business functions new setups or upstream / downstream components.
Review bug fixes and approve the Architectural Specification Document for module changes.
Identify new business needs and prepare Solution Design documents for offering gaps.
Identify future roadmap items stay updated on industry trends and deliver business / insurance training.
Train and support team members and collaborate with the client Product Owner internal / client Testers and regression teams.

What our client is looking for

A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial (Business Administration IT etc.
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP CCBA PMI-PBA).
Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst with at least 2 years focused on the retail sector.
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and demonstrated capability with requirements management (Jira Confluence) and process mapping (Visio Lucidchart).
Strong analytical conceptual and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional verbal / written communication and presentation skills.
