Our client is offering an exciting 12-month graduate opportunity for a Benefits Graduate. This hybrid role can be based in either Cape Town or Centurion South Africa. Our client is looking for passionate motivated and creative individuals who are keen to gain valuable real-world work experience work with like-minded people and be part of a purpose-driven team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to the design implementation and administration of employee benefits programs within a global organisation.
What to expect
- Exposure and interactions within a real work environment specifically within the Employee Benefits function.
- The chance to be trained and mentored by our highly skilled team.
- An opportunity to develop your passion for benefits administration people processes and excellent customer service.
- Involvement in the full employee benefits lifecycle from enrolment to claims processing and communication.
What you will be doing
- Assisting with the enrolment termination and changes to employee benefits plans.
- Maintaining accurate employee benefits data in HRIS and other systems.
- Responding to employee queries regarding benefits plans and processes.
- Supporting the team in ensuring benefits programmes comply with local regulations.
- Assisting with the preparation of benefits reports and analysis.
What our client is looking for
- A relevant tertiary degree (Human Resources Industrial Psychology Finance Business Administration or related).
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
- A keen interest in employee benefits and compensation.
