We have an exciting opportunity fora People Services Specialist to provide senior administrative support and guidance within our People Service Desk.
Where will I be working
Reporting into the People Services Lead you will be an integral part of our People teamplayingan active role in helping develop and implement the plans enabling Wellcometobecome the best place to work in support of the delivery of the mission.
What will I be doing
As the People Services Specialist you willbe the senior administrator in our People Service Desk.
You willmanageour morecomplex people administration querieshave ownership forsenior leadershipsupportandprovide clear guidance and support to line managers ensuring queries are handled efficiently and consistently.
You willdemonstrateexceptional attention to detail promoting a consistent approach whilemaintaininga strong customer service focus throughout.

Theminimumrequirements of the role are:
Demonstratedability to resolve complex HR queries concerning the employee lifecycle and manage escalations from People Services Assistants.
Experience within an HR Helpdesk or Shared Services environmentpreferred managing all escalations by the People Services Assistants: including visas secondments and redundancy administration.
Proficiency in HRIS systems with preference for Workday experience.
