Junior Property Manager- Full Time
Makola Housing Society Port Alberni BC
Position Summary
Reporting to Property Manager this position supports the Property Manager with all property management functions and tenant relationships for their assigned social housing portfolio. The Junior Property Manager will be responsible for the overall flow of work for the regional office and providing exceptional customer service to our tenants while being mindful of Makolas vision and values.
This position is full-time permanent Monday Friday based out of the Port Alberni Regional Office. This positions wage is between $30.00 - $32.00 per hour.

Requirements
- Minimum of one years experience in property management or tenant relations. Affordable housing experience considered an asset
- Minimum of two years in an administrative support position
- A combination of education and experience in property management will be considered
- Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation or working towards considered an asset
- Valid class 5 drivers license
- Experience in and with Indigenous communities would be an asset
Other
- Willing to participate in personal and professional development
- Prepared to work outside of regular business hours on occasion
- Follow Makola Housing Society policies and procedures
- Provide a clear Criminal Record Check.
