Location: Portugal (Remote mainland Portugal only)
Work Model: Fully Remote
Languages Required: French (fluent) & English (B2 level or higher)
Work Arrangement: Remote with 1 on-site day per quarter
Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist (SQL / Tech) to support professional users with technical and data-related this role you will work closely with customers to troubleshoot issues analyze data and provide solutions related to system usage integrations and reporting.
This position is ideal for candidates with a strong technical mindset SQL knowledge and a passion for problem-solving in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers via ticketing systems email or chat

Troubleshoot system data and integration-related issues

Use SQL to analyze databases and identify root causes of issues

Collaborate with product engineering and internal support teams

Clearly document issues investigations and solutions

Guide users on best practices and system functionality

Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and accurate support
Requirements

Fluency in French and strong command of English (B2)

Solid experience with SQL and relational databases

Background in technical support IT or SaaS environments

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset

Experience with accounting or financial software is a plus
