About the Role
Are you a French speaker with a passion for helping people Join our international team in Porto as a Customer Support Representative. In this on-site role you will assist users by providing friendly and efficient support via phone email or chat ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone email and/or chat

Assist customers with product or service-related questions issues and complaints

Deliver accurate valid and complete information using the right methods and tools

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams

Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies
Requirements

Fluency in French (B2 or above); English for internal communication

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work on-site in Porto

EU citizenship or valid Portugal residence permit

A positive attitude patience and strong interpersonal skills
What We Offer
Meal Allowance: 7.63 net per working day
Transport Allowance: Not provided
Relocation Support:

For candidates relocating from outside Portugal:

Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months at a cost of 280/month (includes all utilities deducted directly from the payslip)
