Customer Support Specialist

Role Overview
We are looking for a service-driven and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to support French-speaking customers for a premium lifestyle and consumer brand.
You will be based on-site in Porto delivering personalized support for digital products and services while ensuring a high-quality customer experience in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone chat and email in Slovenian
- Support customers with account-related requests product guidance order status and basic device troubleshooting
- Ensure full compliance with brand quality and regulatory standards including strict age-verification procedures
- Accurately document all customer interactions in English within internal CRM systems
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when required
- Stay up to date with product updates campaigns and support processes
- Work flexibly across rotating shifts including evenings and weekends
Ideal Candidate Profile

Native or C2-level fluency in French

English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Strong customer service and communication skills

Comfortable using digital tools and supporting electronic products

Previous experience in customer support retail or consumer-focused roles is an advantage

Detail-oriented professional and empathetic approach to customer interactions
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: 930 gross paid over 14 months
- Guaranteed bonus: 100 gross (or more depending on targets achieved) for the first 3 months
- Meal allowance: 9 per day (net provided via meal card.
- Transportation reimbursement: Up to 40 for public transport upon presentation of a monthly subscription
