Job Summary
- Location: Lisbon Portugal (Relocation required)
- Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts Monday to Sunday
- Days Off: 2 rotational days per week
- Salary: 920 gross/month 45 complexity bonus
About the Role:
We are looking for a Hungarian-speaking Content Moderator to join the international team in this position you will help ensure that online marketplace content meets established quality safety and compliance standards.
This role requires strong analytical thinking attention to detail and the ability to make well-balanced decisions based on internal guidelines and local market knowledge.
Relocation to Portugal is mandatory.
Main Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate user-generated content according to internal policies and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with legal and platform regulations
- Make objective decisions regarding content approval or removal
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets within defined service levels
- Stay up to date with policy updates and operational procedures
- Identify and escalate complex or sensitive cases following internal processes
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all operational and client-related information
Candidate Profile:
- Fluent Hungarian language (C1/C2 level)
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level
- Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities
- High level of responsibility and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating workloads
- Interest or previous experience in e-commerce digital platforms or content review is an advantage
