Wat ga je doen
- Je plant coördineert en voert de implementatie van nieuwe software en systemen uit voor zakelijke klanten.
- Je werkt nauw samen met klanten om hun specifieke behoeften te begrijpen en de technische oplossing daarop aan te passen.
- Je biedt gespecialiseerde training en ondersteuning aan eindgebruikers en beheerders.
- Je voert kwaliteitscontroles en post-implementatie audits uit om de succesvolle adoptie te garanderen.
- Je documenteert de projectstappen configuraties en oplossingen gedetailleerd.
