Job Description:
- Conduct on-ground market research in assigned countries to study consumer behavior competitor activities and market trends.
- Identify potential distribution channels business partners and marketing opportunities for brand expansion.
- Develop localized marketing insights and strategies based on field research findings.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to adapt marketing campaigns to fit the local culture and preferences.
- Prepare detailed market reports and present findings with actionable recommendations.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional activities or brand campaigns in overseas markets.
- Manage budgets logistics and coordination for overseas business trips and events.
- Maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders agencies and partners.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing business development or market research (experience in international markets is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of consumer insights and market analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Mandarin (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- Willing to travel frequently and work independently in different countries.
- Culturally sensitive adaptable and proactive in problem-solving.
