We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Operations Manager to take charge of our operations and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless business continuity. This is a critical role for someone who is always ready to step up and respond swiftly to challenges ensuring smooth operations 24/7.
What Youll Do:
- Manage and optimize our remote operational infrastructure including SharePoint MS Teams and Work Tracker.
- Oversee and lead operations across accounting HR legal and project management functions.
- Develop strategies to improve workflows and enhance team efficiencies.
- Proactively resolve operational challenges and implement innovative solutions.
- Be readily available to respond to emergencies or critical needs at any time.
- Collaborate with leadership to align operational goals with the companys vision.
- Mentor team members and contribute to their professional development.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in operations management preferably in a remote or IT consulting company or IT-focused environment.
- Highly motivated proactive and fully committed to ensuring operational excellence.
- Ability to act swiftly and effectively during critical situations.
- Strong organizational problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with accounting HR and legal frameworks is a plus.
