Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Staff Reimbursement
- Review staff reimbursement documents to ensure they are in line with company policies.
Accounting filing
- Support the Finance team to Perform accounting filing to ensure accounting documents are organized properly.
Financial Performance Monitoring
- Support the Finance team with management reporting. Perform follow up actions according to the management report.
- Support VAT invoice issue and follow up with customers to support AR collections.
Business Partnering
- Support in terms of financial performance or business case.
Assisting with annual audit government reporting and subsidy application ad-hoc tasks to support the Finance team.

Requirements:

Bachelor or master degree in Accounting Tax Finance Economics or relevant majors;
Self-driven results oriented with strong ability to multitask and organize priorities;
Good command of written and spoken English.
Interpersonal skills ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff.
Internship period: Four days per week. Six months (preferred).
