- 协助HR Business Partner团队完成公司人才发展及培训项目等相关事宜工作比重60%
- 参与公司文化建设员工关系等项目的事务支持并使用多媒体进行相关内容制作及推广工作比重20%
- 支持业务部门进行系统运作档案管理等相关事宜工作比重10%
- 辅助HR团队成员完成其他工作工作比重10%
任职要求
- 全日制本科学历及以上的在校生社会心理学专业传媒类专业商业分析管理类相关专业优先
- 工作认真负责细心踏实做事有条理抗压能力强
- 熟练操作MS Office相关软件会使用视频编辑软件是加分项
- 中英文书面和口头表达流利善于沟通
- 每周至少实习3天至少持续3个月可尽快入职
