As Rewards Program Manager youll report to the Head of Loyalty and play a pivotal role in delivering a new rewards platform launching in July 2026. Your work will shape how customers experience value and connection.
- Lead implementation of a new rewards program from concept to launch
- Drive collaboration with technology vendor to deliver platform on time
- Optimise program design using data insights and customer behaviour trends
- Manage stakeholder engagement across marketing technology and operations
- Ensure seamless integration of platform features for an exceptional user experience
