About the Position:
As a Remote Customer Support Agent youll be assisting German-speaking customers ensuring every query is handled efficiently and with care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer first-line support through chat email and phone.

  • Handle returns complaints and technical issues.

  • Track customer satisfaction and suggest improvements.

  • Work cross-functionally with other departments.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in German (C2) and English (C1).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
