Job Summary
Remote (Turkey) Contract $800-1000/month
We help Turkish entrepreneurs establish companies in the US Dubai Hong Kong and other international markets. Weve supported 2500 company formations and continue to grow. Were looking for a creative individual to build and manage our social media presence.
Tasks
The Role
Youll own our social media channels end-to-end - from content creation to publishing and engagement. This role combines design video editing and social media management in one position.
What youll do:
- Create engaging visual content (posts carousels stories) for Instagram LinkedIn and other platforms
- Edit and produce short-form videos (Reels TikTok YouTube Shorts)
- Plan and manage content calendar
- Write compelling captions in Turkish (and occasionally English)
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements
- Stay updated on social media trends and adapt content accordingly
Requirements
Requirements (All are mandatory)
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management or content creation
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design and video editing skills
- Proficiency in Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools
- Experience with video editing software (CapCut Premiere Pro or similar)
- Understanding of Instagram LinkedIn TikTok and YouTube algorithms
- Excellent written Turkish
- Basic English proficiency
- Self-organized and able to meet deadlines consistently
- Available full-time Monday-Friday (Turkey timezone)
This role is NOT for you if:
- You only do design OR only do video - we need both
- You dont have a portfolio to share
- You need constant direction for every piece of content
- Youre not active on social media yourself
