Job Summary
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer who can take full ownership of testing across both web and mobile products. If youre someone whos equally comfortable diving into manual test scenarios and building out automation frameworks this role is built for you. Youll be working closely with product engineering and design teams to make sure every release hits that rock-solid quality mark.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and execute manual test plans for web and mobile applications.
- Build maintain and scale automation test suites using any modern automation tools/frameworks (e.g. Selenium Cypress Playwright Appium etc.).
- Perform functional regression integration UI/UX performance and compatibility testing.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify reproduce and resolve defects efficiently.
- Participate in sprint planning release readiness and quality checkpoints.
- Implement QA best practices and proactively drive improvements in testing processes.
- Ensure cross-platform cross-browser and device-level quality coverage.
- Own test documentation including test cases test reports and defect logs.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 years of hands-on QA experience in both manual and automation testing.
- Experience covering web and mobile applications end-to-end.
- Strong exposure to one or more automation tools (Selenium Cypress Playwright Appium TestNG etc.).
- Solid understanding of SDLC STLC Agile/Scrum workflows.
- Strong debugging skills and the ability to translate issues into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with APIs and tools like Postman Swagger or similar.
- Comfort working with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
