Job Summary

  • Monitor production systems servers and applications to ensure uptime and performance.
  • Perform regular system health checks and preventive maintenance.
  • Diagnose and resolve Level 1 & Level 2 technical issues.
  • Log track and manage incidents through ticketing systems.
  • Provide technical support to internal users and external clients.
  • Assist with system configurations deployments and patches.
  • Support system integrations and data-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
  • Work closely with developers QA and infrastructure teams.
  • Support system releases and deployment activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field.
  • 25 years of experience in application/system support.
    Strong knowledge of: Windows/Linux operating systems SQL databases (basic querying & troubleshooting) and Application logs and monitoring
    tools
  • Experience working with ticketing tools (e.g. Jira ServiceNow).
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP DNS VPN).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to work in shifts or on-call support if required.
