Role Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist fluent in Italian and English to manage paid campaigns support digital marketing operations and collaborate closely with clients in a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site role based in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns.

Provide customer service support related to advertising technology products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality campaign performance.

Analyze monitor and report on campaign metrics.

Support clients through a contact centre environment.

Work both independently and as part of a team to meet performance objectives.
Requirements
-
Mandatory: Experience in paid campaign management.

Degree in Marketing or related field.

Previous experience in Digital Marketing.

Experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program for an Advertising Tech company.

Strong familiarity with major social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital advertising.

Excellent customer serviceoriented skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Fluency in Italian English.
