B2B Technical Sales Specialist (Hebrew Speaker)
Location: Bulgaria
Work Model: Remote (with a possible move to Hybrid in the future)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 18:00
We are looking for a B2B Technical Sales Specialist with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to support and drive sales activities in a dynamic international environment. This role combines solution selling customer engagement and technical advisory making it ideal for candidates who enjoy working closely with clients and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities

Attend customer meetings and deliver sales presentations and product/service demonstrations (remote and via phone)

Provide technical expertise to support and achieve sales objectives

Prepare moderately complex technical proposals and presentations

Apply solution-selling techniques and maintain proactive effective client communication

Analyze customer needs and develop competitive strategies to address them

Advise customers and sales teams on technical aspects of products and services

Deliver technical trainings when required

Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes and recommend improvements to management

Ensure consistent follow-up on opportunities and client inquiries

Evaluate customer needs and propose tailored technical solutions

Handle objections manage competitive pressures and support customer retention

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and build strong relationships with decision-makers at all levels
What Were Looking For

Fluency in Hebrew (spoken and written)

Strong experience in B2B sales or technical sales environments

Proven ability to combine technical knowledge with commercial objectives

Experience in solution selling and customer-facing roles

Strong presentation communication and relationship management skills

Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: 4633 BGN gross
-
Target Bonus: 1725 BGN per quarter (performance-based)
