Were seeking an experienced NDIS Facilitator to join our passionate team and help us deliver exceptional outcomes to our clients.
Working out of our Gold Coast (Hope Island/Mermaid) or Ballina office this is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for facilitating all client activities from pre-planning through to intake with their NDIS plans. This role is crucial for providing people with disabilities information assistance and support throughout this process.
What would I be doing each day
- Undertake client negotiations and promote suitable service provision options and providing financial quoting for services.
- Complete/update CPL Client Service Agreements.
- Work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders to provide detailed information that explain complex information appropriately.
- Monitor client plan status (extended plans and / or new plans) and fully manage the intake process for ongoing service provision in your region.
- Prepare & support clients at NDIS Plan meetings.
- Report and rectify potential billing and system interface errors.
- Analyse funding utilisations and advise on corrective actions required.
- Deliver NDIS training to local teams.
- Track and register details of the client support and funding utilisation.
- Build positive networks and relationship with disability organisations local area coordinators and the NDIA to support business objectives.

What would I need to be considered
- Demonstrated experience in customer engagement and in working with people with disabilities.
- Proven ability to effectively negotiate with key stakeholders and provide positive solutions to complex problems.
- Current knowledge and understanding of NDIS.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written format.
- High level computer skills including Mircrosoft Office and the ability to type information into workbooks while conducting client meetings.
- Preferred previous experience with disability sector and/or community services.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage high volume workflows and work collaboratively with teams.
- Confident public speaker with the ability to adapt delivery of NDIS workshops/training to a variety of audiences.
- An understanding of DES ADE and employment programs is desirable.
This role also requires the successful completion of a NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Childrens check (We can help!)
