About the Role
We are seeking two NDIS Care Portfolio Managers to join our leadership team. Reporting to the General Manager NDIS you will oversee participant outcomes manage compliance requirements lead frontline support teams and act as a key relationship holder for participants families coordinators and allied health partners across metropolitan Melbourne.
This is a pivotal fastpaced role suited to an experienced leader dedicated to delivering safe highquality and personcentred NDIS services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead coach and support a dispersed team of disability support workers
- Ensure highquality compliant participantcentred service delivery aligned with NDIS requirements
- Manage participant budgets and service utilisation to maintain quality within funding limits.
- Build strong relationships with participants families support coordinators and allied health.
- Oversee personalised support through home visits engagement and collaborative planning.
Who Were Looking For
Youre a compassionate proactive and solutionsfocused leader who thrives in a fastmoving environment. You bring strong communication skills emotional intelligence and the ability to balance participant needs team performance and compliance obligations with calm professionalism.
Essential Requirements:
- 5 years leadership experience in NDIS healthcare or community services.
- Experience managing large or regionally dispersed teams in regulated environments.
- Diplomalevel qualification in healthcare human services or business (or equivalent).
- Strong experience supporting participants with complex behaviours and high support needs.
- NDIS Worker Screening Victorian WWCC National Police Check & valid Drivers Licence.
Highly Desirable:
- Tertiary qualifications in human services healthcare or business.
- 10 years experience leading large teams within NDIS or community services.
