About Network Assurance
Network Assurance is a critical aspect of Essential Energy ensuring that our customer connections and Network are compliant and aligned with business objectives. This involves a process of validating monitoring and managing Accredited Service Providers and Contractors work and installations through formal inspection and verification to identify potential risks. About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Powerline Worker Electrician or Dual-Qualifiedindividual to join our Network Assurance team as aNetwork Assurance Facilitator in the Bathurst area.
As a Network Assurance Facilitator Level 1 you will be responsible for the quality assurance of the construction and completion of contestable and non-contestable projects through inspection/audit processes ensuring all works are completed in compliance with the certified design and Essential Energys construction standards. This role requires a high level of technical knowledge and skills working across the energy network to maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders. You will be responsible for network inspections defect management completion of inspection checklists project assessments and formal acceptance of construction works.
The role requires planning assessment evaluation and reporting of works against policy procedure and applicable standards.
About You
This role is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Powerline Worker or Electrical Technician (or dual qualified) who is looking to take their career to the next level.
Your experience in in the Construction Energy/Electrical or Utilities industry will be essential in coordinating inspections/audits on the distribution network. You will be comfortable with working and dealing with customers electrical contractors and ASPs providing technical advice to both internal and external stakeholders.
