Job Overview

we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing / Business Development Executive to strengthen its market presence and expand client partnerships across the healthcare industry.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience marketing hospital or healthcare services with the ability to identify attract and retain clients such as hospitals diagnostic centres clinics and HMOs. This role requires an energetic self-starter with excellent communication skills strong business acumen and a passion for driving measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing and business development initiatives targeted at healthcare institutions.

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities with hospitals clinics diagnostic centres and HMOs.

  • Build and sustain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.

  • Present and promote company services effectively to prospective clients.

  • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.

  • Manage follow-ups client feedback and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation conversions and revenue performance.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client retention.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • HND/. in Marketing Business Administration Healthcare Management or related field.

  • 2 - 4 years proven experience in healthcare marketing hospital sales or business development.

  • Strong persuasive presentation and negotiation abilities.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • High integrity professionalism and a strong sense of accountability.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Good understanding of the Lagos healthcare market and client landscape.
