Main Duties:
- Respond to and resolve technical issues regarding hardware software and networks via phone email or in-person.
- Diagnose troubleshoot and manage incidents escalating complex problems to relevant teams when necessary.
- Install configure and update operating systems software applications and hardware components.
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding including account creation access rights and password management.
- Monitor system performance and conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of IT infrastructure.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets software licenses and peripherals.
- Provide guidance and training to users to enhance their understanding of company systems.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to address cross-functional technical issues.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for critical business needs.
What skills do you need:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience providing technical support in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and hardware troubleshooting (assembly/disassembly).
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP DNS DHCP LAN/WAN) and connectivity troubleshooting.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A MCITP or similar are considered an asset.
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and basic MSSQL queries is preferred.
- Possession of a valid Category B driving license.
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
