Position: Customer Support Agent

Were looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Agent (Swedish). You will become part of a fast-growing tech organisation supporting global online marketplaces where customer support and moderation play a central role in platform integrity and user experience. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer enquiries via email delivering professional empathetic and solution-focused support
- Follow internal communication standards workflows and operational procedures
- Review cases carefully and make decisions aligned with platform policies and moderation guidelines
- Support a safe and positive user experience by maintaining quality and accuracy in every interaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in Swedish both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced evolving environment
- Empathetic mindset with an interest in online safety and digital communities
- Interest in technology digital platforms or the sharing economy is advantageous
- Previous experience in customer support moderation or online services is beneficial.
