Were looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Agent (Swedish). You will become part of a fast-growing tech organisation supporting global online marketplaces where customer support and moderation play a central role in platform integrity and user experience. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage customer enquiries via email delivering professional empathetic and solution-focused support
Follow internal communication standards workflows and operational procedures
Review cases carefully and make decisions aligned with platform policies and moderation guidelines
Support a safe and positive user experience by maintaining quality and accuracy in every interaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
Native / fluent in Swedish both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced evolving environment
Empathetic mindset with an interest in online safety and digital communities
Interest in technology digital platforms or the sharing economy is advantageous
Previous experience in customer support moderation or online services is beneficial.
