Builders and Shutterers

Outreach Recruitment Agency is looking for skilled Builders and Shutterers on behalf of our client a leading construction and building-solutions company.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the assembly installation and maintenance of construction frameworks concrete shuttering and general building tasks across project sites in Malta. This role is key to ensuring projects are completed safely efficiently and to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct install and dismantle concrete formwork (shuttering) according to project plans.

• Assist with pouring leveling and finishing concrete where required.

• Carry out general building tasks including brick/block work flooring and ceiling installation.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and instructions accurately.

• Ensure all work is carried out safely following site rules and health & safety regulations.

• Maintain tools equipment and work areas in good condition.

• Collaborate effectively with site teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.

• Participate in site clean-up and preparation tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Builder Shutterer or similar construction role.

• Knowledge of concrete shuttering techniques formwork assembly and general building practices.

• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.

• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks safely.

• Awareness of health and safety regulations on construction sites.

• Reliable punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work on different sites across Malta.

• Relevant trade certificates or qualifications are desirable but not mandatory.
