Main duties:

Manage M&A transactions from end-to-end including coordinating due diligence drafting and refining transaction documents and overseeing the execution of completion materials
Provide comprehensive legal counsel on general commercial and corporate matters
Deliver strategic support to the Corporate and Commercial practice group under the guidance of firm partners

What skills do you need:

Fully qualified legal professional with a relevant Masters degree (LL.M.) or 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) is highly regarded
Proven ability to maintain high standards and deliver results within fast-paced high-pressure environments
A natural collaborator who thrives in a team-oriented setting
Exceptional command of both English and Maltese with a focus on professional-grade written and verbal communication

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
