Job Summary

Main duties:
- Manage M&A transactions from end-to-end including coordinating due diligence drafting and refining transaction documents and overseeing the execution of completion materials
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel on general commercial and corporate matters
- Deliver strategic support to the Corporate and Commercial practice group under the guidance of firm partners
What skills do you need:
- Fully qualified legal professional with a relevant Masters degree (LL.M.) or 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) is highly regarded
- Proven ability to maintain high standards and deliver results within fast-paced high-pressure environments
- A natural collaborator who thrives in a team-oriented setting
- Exceptional command of both English and Maltese with a focus on professional-grade written and verbal communication
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
