Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Laboratory Manager to support the operations of a leading Construction Materials Laboratory. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to develop technical and managerial skills in a fast-growing quality-driven environment.
You will assist in overseeing laboratory processes materials testing and quality control while ensuring compliance with established standards. Full training will be provided to help you grow confidently into the role.
Key Responsibilities

Support daily laboratory operations and materials testing (concrete asphalt aggregates and soils).

Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Maintain accurate test records documentation and equipment logs.

Assist with scheduling reporting and coordination of testing activities.

Collaborate with internal teams clients and contractors to ensure efficient workflows.

Monitor equipment maintenance and calibration schedules.

Participate in continuous improvement of testing procedures and operational efficiency.
Requirements

Education: MQF Level 6 in Engineering Materials Science Construction Technology or a related field.

Experience: Not required training will be provided.

License: Valid driving license is required.
