Position Overview
Search Group Solutions is conducting a confidential search for an experienced Nurse Manager of NICU (RN) to lead a high-acuity Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in Arlington TX. This role is ideal for a strong nursing leader with a passion for neonatal care staff development and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall clinical and operational leadership for the NICU
Ensure delivery of high-quality family-centered neonatal care
Manage staffing scheduling budgeting and performance metrics
Mentor coach and develop NICU nursing staff
Maintain compliance with regulatory accreditation and safety standards
Collaborate with physicians interdisciplinary teams and executive leadership
Drive quality outcomes patient satisfaction and staff engagement
Qualifications
Active RN license (Texas or Compact eligible)
BSN required; MSN strongly preferred
Minimum of 35 years NICU clinical experience
Previous Nurse Manager Charge Nurse or Nursing Supervisor experience required
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Proven ability to lead teams in a critical care environment
