CareCo Home Care is seeking a motivated organized and experienced Manager with a background in home health care to join our team in Richmond RI. This role is ideal for someone who understands the day-to-day operations of a home care agency and is ready to take ownership of coordinating services supporting caregivers and ensuring an exceptional experience for clients and families.

Your Role as Manager

As Manager you will play a key leadership role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth coordination across the office caregivers and clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing scheduling and ensuring caregivers are appropriately matched with clients
  • Managing client records and documentation with accuracy and compliance
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for families and addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy
  • Supporting caregivers and maintaining clear communication regarding care needs
  • Monitoring client well-being and service quality
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and care delivery

Your role is essential in maintaining strong relationships supporting caregivers and ensuring high-quality home care services.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate has prior experience in home health care or a related healthcare setting and is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment. You should be confident making decisions communicating clearly and leading by example.
