Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Vendor Management: Source negotiate and manage supplier relationships. Align purchasing with inventory/sales trends and campaign needs.
Inventory & Order Management: Monitor inventory place orders and ensure on-time deliveries. Support stores in receiving and inspecting goods.
Market Research & Sourcing: Attend trade shows and conduct market research to discover new products and sourcing opportunities.
Contract Negotiation: Handle supplier agreements pricing and ensure contract compliance.
Operational Support: Coordinate with operations to ensure machines are stocked and functional. Troubleshoot supply chain issues.
Payments & Records: Manage invoices and maintain accurate procurement records.
