Join Xperience Xscape Travels as a Booking & Reservations Specialist!
We are expanding our team and seeking motivated individuals who are coachable and ready to learn. No prior experience needed we offer full training to help you succeed. You will be responsible for helping customers book their travel experiences handling inquiries and ensuring all bookings go smoothly.
Responsibilities:

Assist customers in booking travel arrangements (flights hotels tours etc.)

Answer inquiries via phone chat or email

Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly

Process reservations and confirm travel details

Ensure accurate record-keeping of bookings

Work within set guidelines to meet customer satisfaction targets

Follow company processes for payment and cancellation policies
Requirements:

Must be coachable and eager to learn

No previous experience necessary full training provided

Must be located in United States United Kingdom Australia New Zealand Mexico Caribbean islands or Europe
