Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to drivers seeking collision repair services
- Assist with processing insurance claims and ensure a smooth claims process for customers
- Coordinate repair work with certified technicians to ensure timely completion
- Communicate updates and progress to customers regarding their vehicle repairs
- Address any customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service provided
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized in handling customer information and repair processes
- Proficient with computer systems and software for managing customer data
Desired Experience:
- Prior experience in a customer support or service role preferably in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of insurance claims processes related to collision repair is a plus
- Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with technicians and other staff
