Online Marketing Specialist Japanese Bilingual

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Online Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing campaigns for both our clients and our own website. This includes managing online advertising social media marketing email marketing and website analytics. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing lead generation strategies and branding initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute online marketing campaigns for clients and our own website
• Manage online advertising campaigns (PPC social media ads etc.)
• Create and manage social media content
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies
• Develop and implement branding initiatives
• Stay up-to-date on the latest online marketing trends and technologies

Required Skills:

• Experience with a variety of online marketing tools and platforms including Google Ads Facebook Ads Twitter Ads Instagram TikTok YouTube
• Excellent understanding of marketing KPIs and how to track and measure the success of online marketing campaigns
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with website and/or e-commerce development

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with influencer marketing
• Experience with digital promotions and campaigns
• Experience with offline/online event planning and execution
• Experience with budget planning cost management and agency coordination
• Experience with negotiating with external vendors

Additional Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese
• California drivers license

Work Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (closed weekends and holidays)

Location: Torrance California (on-site)

Salary: DOE $45000.0045000.00 benefits package such as: Insurance(Medical Dental) PTO Sick Leave Holidays etc.

The salary will be determined based on the candidates experience level with the provided range typically reflecting 0-1 year of prior sales experience.
