Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (No weekends!)

About Piedmont Adult & Pediatric Medicine Associates (PAPMA)
PAPMA is an independently owned primary care practice serving Gaston County and surrounding areas. Our board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners provide comprehensive care for patients of all agesfrom newborns to seniors.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. CMA certification is preferred but not required.
In this role you will:
- Assist providers with patient care including vitals documentation and procedures
- Support front office and clinical operations for smooth patient flow
- Perform lab draws and prepare specimens for processing
- Educate patients on preventive care and follow-up instructions
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff
Qualifications
- Current CMA or CNA certification in North Carolina (CMA preferred not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Commitment to compassionate patient-focused care
