About Us
Our Client work with some of the worlds biggest brands to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive commercial success. Were looking for a Client Service Director to join our UK Client Service team. This full-time role offers a competitive salary working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week. Youll enjoy 26 days of holiday plus bank holidays with an extra day added for each year of service (up to 31 days). Youll also have the option to buy or sell up to 5 days annually. A generous car allowance is included to support your travel needs.

What youll be doing
As Client Service Director youll be a senior leader responsible for managing and growing key client relationships particularly within the consumer electronics and retail sectors. Youll act as a trusted advisor at senior retail levels driving strategic growth and ensuring exceptional delivery across all touchpoints. Youll lead a team of Account Directors and Managers develop strategic plans and identify new business opportunities to expand our Clients portfolio. Youll also be a key contributor to the Senior Leadership Team helping shape the future of our people clients and services.
