Job Summary

Role Overview

This role is ideal for a HR professional who enjoys end-to-end HR work within a lean structure. You will partner closely with the Regional HR Director and support daily HR operations employee lifecycle matters policy administration and regional coordination across multiple countries.

This is a permanent part-time position with fixed afternoon working hours offering stability exposure to regional HR and the opportunity to work directly with senior HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle HR documentation including onboarding confirmation transfers exits work passes and employee records.
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure accuracyof employee information.
  • Support HR policy rollout compliance tracking and documentation.
  • Assist with job postings screening interview arrangements and pipeline coordination.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes.
  • Coordinate HR initiatives and information flow between APAC markets.
  • Prepare reports slides and HR data for the Regional HR Director.
  • Help execute engagement activities performance review cycles and feedback collection.
  • Support HR system enhancements SOP development and policy updates.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Business or related field.
  • 25 years of HR experience ideally covering HR operations and generalist work.
  • Exposure to regional HR matters is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders across markets and cultures.
