This position will provide HR support to the Singapore/Malaysia organization to implement strategic HR initiatives in support of business needs.
Responsibilities include the administration of HR programs procedures and plans related to employee relations activities including but not limited to compensation and benefits work pass application processes talent acquisition and organization development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible and execute HR Operations efficiently that includes Compensation and Benefits Talent & Learning and Talent Acquisition.
Collaborate within HR and the business to create process improvements and increase client satisfaction and well as provide change management support.
Compensation & Benefits includes analysis on market trend and proposal with the benchmarking data and manage annual insurance processes
Talent & Learning includes planning and coordinating yearly soft skills training with external vendors.
Talent Acquisition includes jobs posting resumes screening interviews arrangement and creating offers.
End-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
Work with country HR team to define HR strategies HR projects and priorities and act accordingly
Plan and execute wellbeing activities for the Company
Follow up on HR Calendar
Diverse ad-hoc requests depending on business needs and other HR support activities as required (ex. generating reports as needed data analysis and provide summaries and recommendations)

Education and experience
Bachelor degree in Human Resource Business Administration Business Management or related field.
At least 8 years of working experience in HR with knowledge of HR processes systems and policies Knowledge of using Workday and SAP Ariba is a plus.
Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional and efficient manner.
Result and continuous improvement drive.
Is flexible and can adapt easily to change.
Can balance between working with an operational tactical and strategic mind-set.

This is a 9-month contract
This is a 3rd party headcount where incumbents payroll will be managed by a recruitment agency
