What would you be doing:
- Create monitor analyze and edit performance marketing campaigns.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies.
- Executing marketing campaigns via Facebook ads traffic sources Google ads and other marketing tools.
- Prepare performance reports for management.
- Experiment with new platforms and channels.
- Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately.
- Monitor costs and return on investment.
- Collaborate with other departments (creative copywriting project management etc.) to optimize the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Manage and execute marketing projects ensuring they are delivered on time and meet specified objectives.
- Able to stand by during the weekends to manage FB campaigns.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing managing paid social media advertising portals.
- Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles particularly for online audiences.
- Expertise in market research ad copy creation testing and optimization.
- Passionate about ideation and in tune with Indonesias social media trends and stories.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proven ability to think critically and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to handle additional hours when necessary to meet deadlines and project demands.
- A passion for driving business growth.
