Job Summary

Are you a strategic sales professional who knows the Swedish market inside and out We are looking for a Sales Representative to spearhead revenue and client success for a premier digital advertising ecosystem.

In this role you arent just selling ad space; you are a Strategic Consultant helping Swedish brands and agencies navigate the complex world of social commerce and digital performance marketing.

The Mission: Drive Close and Scale

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify the next wave of high-potential Swedish advertisers and execute sophisticated outreach to Marketing Directors and C-Suite leaders.
  • Consultative Sales: Lead in-depth discovery sessions to unearth client goals then architect tailored advertising proposals that maximize their ROI.
  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire journey from the first hello to the final signature ensuring a seamless transition into our ecosystem.
  • 90-Day Success Partner: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for new accounts providing performance audits and optimization recommendations to ensure early-stage growth.
  • Innovation & Feedback: Collaborate with internal creative and analytics teams to refine our solutions based on Swedish market trends and client needs.

Your Profile:

  • Language Mastery: Native or near-native Swedish (C1/C2) and advanced English.
  • Proven Track Record: At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales (SDR/AE/AM) with a history of exceeding KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Digital Savvy: A strong grasp of e-commerce social media advertising and performance-based marketing.
  • Strategic Mindset: Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to negotiate complex deals with confidence.
  • Academic Background: Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
