As a Leisure Sales Executive you will play a key role within our internal sales team managing accounts in both the tour operator and golf segments helping convert potential clients and maintaining existing ones to achieve our objectives in the individual customer segment. As a brand ambassador you will work closely with our OSG network the Convention Bureau and local authorities. Reporting to the Commercial Director your main responsibilities and objectives include but are not limited to the following:
Responsibilities
Develop strong and mutually beneficial relationships with tour operators travel agencies and golf segment accounts aligning with the annual objectives of this segment.
Maintain a positive representation of our hotels image for both existing and potential clients.
Maintain a solid understanding of our hotels offers rates and promotions actively promoting our services and value proposition.
Identify peak demand periods and implement strategic offers targeting specific markets with the support of the Commercial Management team.
Actively follow up with current clients and pursue new business opportunities.
Conduct sales visits promotional trips and familiarization trips as necessary to meet commercial objectives and assigned targets.
Attend trade fairs exhibitions and sales events to expand our network and enhance brand visibility.
Maintain accurate administrative records including sales call schedules and reports ensuring timely submission.
Keep our CRM system updated to facilitate sales activity reporting.
Thoroughly qualify each group business opportunity ensuring prompt responses to inquiries (within 24 hours) and maintaining an accurate group pipeline.
Follow up on lost or declined business opportunities providing valuable insights for improvement.
Contribute to departmental and hotel Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Proactively seek new sales opportunities and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
Foster positive relationships with Accors regional OSGs and other industry partners such as convention bureaus and local and international authorities.
Take a proactive approach to CRM tools and effectively manage assigned portfolios
Qualifications :
Demonstrated understanding of the luxury market.
Full fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
Bachelors degree in a related field.
Familiarity with Opera is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in individual sales management.
Collaborative team player with a supportive attitude.
Basic accounting knowledge and strong analytical skills.
Highly organized results-oriented and reliable with a passion for excellence in customer service.
Comprehensive understanding of hotel departments and organizational planning with expert problem-solving skills and a consistent commitment to meeting deadlines.
Demonstrated strong organizational skills with proactive initiative.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing long-term relationships and contacts.
Candidate must be a citizen of the European Union or possess a valid work permit for Spain.
