Job Summary
Forklift Operator for our Salt Lake City UT facility is responsible for safely moving and positioning containers of hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials using a forklift. This position supports the flow of materials between hubs plants and outbound destinations while ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices policies and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
- Load and unload route trucks.
- Prepare waste loads for shipment to Recycle Center/Distribution Center
- Manage inventory order and receiving process.
- General housekeeping and keeping a clean work area.
- Ensure waste is stored in safe and proper manner.
Qualifications
What does it take to work at Clean Harbors
- High School diploma or equivalent required;
- Must be 18 years or older;
- 1-3; Years of related experience;
- Fork lift experience preferred (Not Required);
- Ability to use computer;
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds;
