Job Summary

Under the command of the Troop commander manages the daily routine of the Troop.

Assist in Squadron/Troop Command Vehicle during peacetime training and on operations.

Under direction from Tp Comd take lead on Troop administration.

Assist Troop Commander with all aspects of Squadron vehicle management and control.

Monitor and and administer first line discipline issues within the Troop

Assist with troop administration of subordinates careers and develop JNCOs in supervisory management functions.

Assist with management and control of troop weapons vehicles and equipment on charge.

Assist with organisation and delivery of an effective troop training programme.
